Teetotal Street Renovation - St. Ives

Blue Wave were commissioned to carry out project management and full house renovation at this former fisherman’s property within Saint Ives old town. Access was extremely difficult within these parts of town so works were carried out during the quiet tourist season January - March with deliveries only possible on small lorries. Asbestos was found to be present so full property testing and removal was carried out by a professional asbestos contractor. Works involved kitchen removal, plastering of all substrates, new staircase balustrades, interior decoration, new electrical circuits, plumbing and installation of a new Howdens kitchen.
