Bellair Terrace - Build St. Ives Ltd - Blue Wave DCS Ltd Collaboration

When Luke Bradford at Build St. Ives Ltd made contact and asked if we would be available to completely renovate a waiting client’s bathroom in January we rose to the challenge. Luke is a great person to know in the trade industry and even though our order book was full for 2023 we found a way to help him out. The period property was not without its difficulties, mainly the excessive sloping floors where drainage needed to flow in the opposite direction with an exposed ceiling below! The main bathroom never had a toilet or walk in shower tray previously so the drainage needed precise accuracy and the ability to be maintained without destructive measures as the property is a holiday rental.
