Bungalow Extension: Phase 1 Foundations

Our last project of 2022 involved the first phase of an extensive bungalow renovation and extension in Carbis Bay. Works were carried out within a six week period to meet the clients requests ready for holiday rental over Christmas and the New Year. All work on site was carried out by Blue Wave using external waste contractors for waste removal & recycling. The works consisted of full project management including utility search/building control liaison, excavation/pouring of concrete strip foundations, substructure concrete/blockwork, drainage and installation of suspended concrete beam and block floors.
