Wheal Ayr Terrace St. Ives Property renovation

The request to price and schedule a full house renovation in time for the St. Ives tourist season was a challenge Blue Wave were not going to ignore. This four bedroom house renovation involved full project management to source and install the kitchen (Howdens), two bathrooms, external landscaping, minor structural work (removal & creation of doorways through block walls), full house decoration, electrical works & certification, plumbing & management of a flooring subcontractor. The pictures speak for themselves and the property went onto have a highly successful letting season with highly satisfied owners and guests. The turnaround for this project was 6 weeks with minimal notice of intent, Blue Wave can manage multiple jobs simultaneously thanks to our in-house skills and qualifications which kept the job running efficiently for the client.
