Phase 2 - Landscaping & Garden Room

The client didn’t want to let us go without another phase of construction so we worked around our other sites to carryout the works on a part time basis working around the weather and the clients remaining budget.

Basic CGI drawings were produced by Blue Wave to demonstrate what the client had asked for and through sketch amendments a design and schedule of works was put together.

• 40m2 Brazilian grey slate installed with engineered compacted substrate

• Modern horizontal tanalised timber fence built by our apprentice

• Steps construction in Brazilian slate with acrylic rendered retaining element

• Planting carried out by external landscape contractor
