Flood Insurance Renovation - Newlyn
This subterranean basement was flooded from excessive surface water runoff in Newlyn over a year ago and was subject to an insurance claim due to the extent of damage. The existing water proofing was inadequate for such an event and after an insurance payout & remediation, Blue Wave Design & Construction Services Ltd procured the basement kitchen/dining room to its current state. It’s a transformation that was carried out over a 4 week period working some very late nights to get the family of four back into their own home after living in alternative accommodation for over a year! (they were also getting married the weekend we finished so that’s our wedding gift sorted!)
